Freshly squeezed Seville orange juice & a glass of chilled champagne*

To Begin a Choice of:

Warm croissant with butter & jam.
Granola fruit pot with mulled berries, yoghurt & honey drizzle.
Pancakes with blueberries, raspberries & maple syrup.

Breakfast Choices:

Full English Breakfast: Highfield Farm Sausage, streaky maple syrup bacon, poached egg, slow roasted vine tomato, black pudding, mushrooms, sauteed potatoes & fried bread.
Vegetarian Full English Breakfast: Fried halloumi, poached egg, roasted vine tomato, mushrooms, sauteed potatoes, hash brown & fried bread.
Salmon Fishcake served with poached egg, wilted spinach & hollandaise sauce.
Creamy mushrooms on toast.
Smoked salmon, soft cheese & chive bagel.
